Available add-ons at $25/each, include - Pepcid (for stomach upset and acid reflux), Toradol (for pain relief), Zofran (for nausea/vomiting), Decadron (for inflammation). Services totaling less than $100, subject to $50 travel service fee. Otherwise, billed as follows -
First 15 miles (one way or 30 miles round trip): Included
16 - 20 miles: $25
21 - 25 miles: $50
26+ miles: $2/mile
Miles are billed on round-trip basis.
After Hours (6PM - 8AM): Subject to additional $100 fee.
